When Will My Order Be Shipped?
We usually take 1–2 business days to process your order before it’s shipped.
Our team carefully checks, packs, and prepares everything so it reaches you just the way it should.
You’ll get a message once your order has been shipped - so keep an eye on your inbox and WhatsApp!
How Long Will Delivery Take?
Once shipped, most orders reach you in about 3–5 business days.
We work with a few trusted delivery partners to make sure your order gets to you quickly and safely.
Sometimes, we might use a different partner for return orders. just to make sure your package moves faster!
Right now, we’re shipping only within India - but we’re super excited to go international soon!
Where Can I Track My Order or Check on Returns/Exchanges?
You can find all your shipping and return details by logging into your account.
Just click on the person icon at the top right of the website and select “Track My Order / Returns / Exchanges.”
You’ll see your order status, shipping updates, and return progress all in one place.

What If My Order Arrives Damaged or Something’s Wrong?
We’re so sorry if that happens but don’t worry, we’ll fix it right away.
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at 📧 hello@sundaystory.in or message us on WhatsApp (you’ll find the number on our Contact Us page).
Send us a few clear photos of the product and packaging so we can sort it out quickly.
Once verified, we’ll arrange a replacement or take care of it in the best possible way 💛
How Do Returns or Exchanges Work?
Once we confirm your return or exchange request, please give us 1–2 business days to process it.
We’ll then share all the pickup or drop-off details with you via WhatsApp and email, so you’re always updated.
We like keeping things simple and hassle-free, with no unnecessary waiting or forms.

We’ll check with our delivery partners for express shipping options and see what’s possible.
Sometimes there might be an extra charge, but only if our courier charges us more and don’t worry, we’ll always discuss it with you first before confirming anything.
