We offer free shipping on all orders, no minimum spend or hidden charges.

When Will My Item Arrive?
Once your order is placed, it’s usually processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location. You’ll receive a tracking link via email and WhatsApp as soon as your order ships, so you can follow it every step of the way
I Entered The Wrong Address, How Can I Change It?
If you’ve entered an incorrect shipping address, please contact our support team immediately at hello@sundaystory.in
We’ll do our best to update it before your order ships. Once dispatched, we’re unable to make any address changes.
Can I Edit/Cancel My Order After I Placed It?
We start processing orders quickly to ensure fast delivery, so edits or cancellations are only possible within a short window (usually 1–2 hours) after placing your order. Please reach out to us right away at hello@sundaystory.in
I Am Missing An Item In My Order, Please Help.
We’re so sorry for the inconvenience! Please reach out to us at hello@sundaystory.in with your order number and a photo (if applicable). Our team will investigate right away and make sure the missing item gets to you as soon as possible.
Do You Ship Internationally?
Right now, we do not deliver items internationally. You can make a purchase from anywhere in the world using Indian currency as mode of payment as long as the shipping address is within India.

What Is Your Returns Policy?
We want you to love your purchase! If something doesn’t feel right, you can return eligible items within 14 days of delivery for a refund or store credit. Items must be unused, unwashed, and with original tags attached.
What is your Exchange Policy?
If you’d like a different size or color, we’re happy to help! Exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is in its original condition. Once we receive and inspect your return, your replacement item will be shipped right away.
How Do I Start A Return/Exchange?
Returns can be initiated online by logging into your sundaystory.in account, navigate to “My Orders” section, select your online order and click on returns.
How Long Will It Take to Receive My Refund?
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 7–14 business days. We’ll notify you by email once your refund is completed.
Can I Return A Sale Or Promotional Item?

Can I Pay with Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Yes, we offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for most locations across India. Simply select the COD option at checkout.

Do You Offer Gift Cards or Store Credit?
Yes, we do! You can purchase gift cards directly from our website - perfect for birthdays, celebrations, or just because. Store credits may also be issued for eligible returns, which can be used for future purchases.
Do You Offer BNPL?
BNPL is provided by banks and card issuers at checkout. You can select an EMI plan when completing your payment.

How Do I Care for My Clothing?
To keep your pieces looking fresh and lasting longer, always check the care label inside your garment. Most items do best with a gentle cold wash, mild detergent, and air drying. Avoid bleach and harsh ironing to preserve fabric quality and color.
Are Your Products True to Size?
Yes - our products are designed to fit true to size, unless stated otherwise in the product description. If an item runs slightly smaller or larger, we make sure to mention it so you can choose the right size confidently.

Do I Need an Account to Place an Order?
